Dustin Q. Carver, 36, of Circleville, died January 28, 2018 at OSU Hospital. He was born on August 12, 1981 in Circleville, the son of William and Jacqueline (Ramey) Carver. Dustin enjoyed fishing and outdoors and spending time with his daughter. He was preceded in death by his father; grandmother, Carlene Carver and grandfather, John Ramey. He is survived by his mother and step father, Irvin “Butch” and Jacqueline Kempton; daughter, Madison Carver; sisters, Christina and Carrie Beth Carver; brothers, Joshua Kempton, Heath and Ty Garrett; grandfather, Don Carver; grandmother, Rosemary (Harold) Lama; special friend, D.J. Hartley; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday January 31, 2018 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Pastor Ty Myers officiating. Burial will be in Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery.
