Zelpha June (Drum) Barnhart, Daniel 78, of Lancaster, passed away on March 3, 2025. She was born to the late Merle E. and Dorothy I. (England) Drum on May 27, 1946 in Circleville. She drove a school bus for Logan Elm for 10 years. She was an EMT for Tarlton Fire Department for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Barnhart; brother, Duane Drum; Grandchildren; Michael Weaver, Kandace Weaver Ryan A. Mundy.
Zelpha will be greatly missed by her daughter, Brenda (George) Shoemaker; sons, Dale Weaver, Doug (Krystina) Ricketts; and Mark Barnhart;
grandchildren, Shelly (John) Klass, Stephanie (Daniel) Hinkle, Kyle (Ashley) Weaver, Hunter (Maggie) Ricketts, Seth (Portia) Shoemaker, Levi, Mason and Pryce Shoemaker, Alexis, Madilynn and Isabelle Hook and Savanna Barnhart; several great grandchildren and a soon to be great great grandchild; several niece’s and nephew’s.
Her Best Friend’s Tony Daniel, Debee Arnett, Mindy Herron and several others including her Saltcreek Valley Community Church Family.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 9 from 2pm until 5pm at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, 111 W. Main St, Amanda. The funeral will be held on Monday, March 10 at 1pm at the funeral home with Rev. Jim Vandagriff officiating. Interment will follow at Tarlton Cemetery.
