WILLIAMSPORT – Earnhart Hill will be performing needed water valve replacements this week which will require the water system to be temporarily shut off. Wednesday, June 23rd they will be preparing the work sites.
Thursday, June 24th the water will be turned off around 11:30pm thru Friday morning at 8:00am. The water system will need to be flushed and sampled early Friday morning. The village will then be under a “PRECAUTIONARY BOIL ADVISORY” until further notice. If everything goes well, we should have the water samples back on Saturday morning to lift the precautionary boil adversary.
After the water is out there is a precautionary boil advisory for the town, tests will be made and then the village will have the boil advisory lifted.
