Washington Court House, Ohio – The Prom Potty fundraiser, organized by the WHS after-prom committee, is making a comeback this year to raise funds for the Washington Court House City Schools (WHS) After Prom event scheduled after the prom on May 4, 2024.

The initiative involves placing a portable toilet, affectionately dubbed the “Prom Potty,” in residents’ yards. If the Prom Potty lands in your yard, you can contact the school office at 740-636-4221 to have it removed for a $10 donation. Additionally, for an extra $10, you can have it sent to another person’s yard, and for $30, you can purchase “insurance” to ensure it doesn’t return to your yard again.

Mr. Streitenberger, the contact person for donations to the WHS After Prom, encourages those interested in contributing through the Prom Potty or other means to reach out to him at [email protected].

The Prom Potty fundraiser not only adds a touch of humor to the community but also serves as a creative way to support a memorable and safe after-prom event for WHS students.
