CIRCLEVILLE – Tuba Christmas came to Circleville on Sunday for their yearly concert in the area.
Originally they were to play in Pumpkin show park but due to rain, they moved into a building on Franklin Street where the sound was amazing. Sciotopost was there and caught it all on video, we are officially in the Christmas Spirit?
