ALTOONA, Pa. — Sheetz is bringing Thanksgiving to the convenience aisle early this year, rolling out its seasonal “Holidaze” menu today across all 850-plus locations.
The holiday lineup, available through early December, features an upgraded version of the chain’s popular Holidaze Sub alongside two new menu additions: the “Flatzgiving” flatbread and a Turkey Bacon Cranberry Salad.
The star of this year’s seasonal menu is an updated Holidaze Sub, which features a new house-made roll with traditional Thanksgiving stuffing baked directly into the bread. The sub comes layered with turkey medallions, shredded cheese, turkey gravy, crispy onions, and a cranberry-orange relish. Sheetz’s culinary team spent nearly a year developing the stuffing-infused roll.
“This year, we’re bringing those traditions to life in a whole new way with our all-new stuffing roll, freshly baked in our own kitchen with the familiar flavors of a holiday favorite,” said Jacee Scoular, Director of Brand Strategy and Design at Sheetz. “It’s the kind of roll Grandma would bake, with a little Sheetz imagination.”
For customers looking for alternatives to the traditional sub roll, Sheetz expanded the flavor profile across two additional formats:
- Flatzgiving: A flatbread topped with turkey medallions, turkey gravy, provolone and mozzarella cheeses, crispy onions, and cranberry-orange relish.
- Turkey Bacon Cranberry Salad: A bed of chopped romaine lettuce topped with turkey medallions, mixed cheeses, crispy onions, bacon, and cranberry-orange relish.
The seasonal items are designed to offer on-the-go holiday meal options ahead of the busy travel and shopping season. Customers can find the limited-time menu at all Sheetz locations starting today, with full menu details available on the company’s website.
