Chillicothe, OH – The Ross County Sheriff’s Department has successfully apprehended 46-year-old Timothy Miller, who was wanted for multiple serious offenses including felonious assault, domestic violence, and aggravated menacing.
According to authorities, Miller had active arrest warrants stemming from a violent incident on July 10th involving a family member, during which he allegedly threatened and stalked his estranged wife, including a vehicular attack on SR-41.
On July 11th, deputies attempted to arrest Miller, who then fled the scene in a vehicle. Despite a search effort, he managed to evade capture by fleeing into the woods near 3188 Harris Station Rd. However, this morning, law enforcement officers were able to locate and apprehend Miller.
Miller’s apprehension follows a concerted effort by law enforcement to locate him and bring him to justice. He is currently in custody pending further legal proceedings related to the charges against him.
