Ross – Deputies were dispatched to a resident on 772 in Chillicothe when a man called the sheriff department and asked for assistance removing a rubber chicken that had done damage to his home.
When deputies arrived the man explained that someone had left a green rubber chicken in his house and somehow was causing his ceiling to crack. The resident also wanted deputies to take his antibiotic medication because someone had messed with it.
Deputies found that the claim of the ceiling damage was most likely false due to the crack in the ceiling appearing to have had someone repair it before. Regardless law enforcement took the chicken and the medication and cleared the scene.
