ROSS – After days of searching and hoping to find Ross County 18 year old Cochran alive. Sheriff Lavender regrets to inform that the body of 18 year old Randon Cochran was recovered from Paint Creek approximately 1.5 miles from where he was last seen at approximately 6:00 p.m. this evening. Mr. Cochran is now in the care of the Ross County Coroner’s Office. Sheriff Lavender and his staff wish to express their condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Cochran. Sheriff Lavender also wants to express his appreciation to the multiple agencies and volunteer organizations that assisted the past 2 days in the search.
