“What do you do when you find a rare, one-in-30-million orange lobster in your lobster tank? You name her Cheddar, of course, and find her a new home.”

That home was Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach. Where she will live on in her own specialized cold water tank, she will be on display to talk about some of the natural rare variants that occur with lobsters.

“Employees immediately went on a mission to rescue the unique crustacean and Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach answered the call, happily welcoming the extraordinary orange lobster, “Cheddar” to her new forever home.
