Carlos Dale Thomas, 69, of Circleville, died Aug. 6, 2015, at Berger Hospital.
He was born on Dec. 13, 1945, in Princeton, West Virginia, the son of John and Dora (Cooper) Thomas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Helen Ford and Betty Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Mae Thomas; daughter, Regina (Duane) Holroyd; sons, Carlos “Dale” Jr. (Shelley) and Matthew Thomas; three grandchildren, Cameron, Deanna (Chris) Ellison and Jonathan; three step-grandchildren, Brennen, Cameron and Emily; two great-grandchildren, Andrew and Jase; sister-in-law, Carolyn Fae (Carl) Marks; and nephew, Jeffrey Marks.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Aug., 10, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Muhlenbuerg Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
