The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Jesse M. Coy, 39, of London, pleaded guilty to forgery and breaking and entering. He was sentenced to three years of intervention and must pay $500 in restitution.
– Elyse D. Craig, 25, of Rustic Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. She was sentenced to three years of intervention and completion of a community-based correctional facility program.
– Shad N. Sammet, 21, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools. A pretrial hearing was set for July 17.
– Brian M. Kitchen, 23, of Lancaster Pike, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing was set for July 17.
– Robert E. Davis II, 30, of Egypt Pike, Clarksburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 10 months in state prison (suspended) and must serve three years of community control.
– Scott A. Gannon, 36, of Darby Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison at Orient and must pay restitution of $1,099.86.
– Tyler A. Johnson, 23, of Bolens Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.
– Mallory L. Cordell, 21, of Tarlton Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. She was sentenced to three years of intervention and 30 days in the county jail.
– William J. Justice, 38, of Ridgeview Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to pandering obscenity involving a minor. He was sentenced to two years in state prison at Orient and must register as a Tier II sex offender for 25 years.
– Joseph A. Lemaster, 42, of Town Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was sentenced to 14 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Tyler D. Sunday, 21, of Hartsough Road, Laurelville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.
– Teddy H. Vanhorn II, 39, of Long Street, Ashville, pleaded guilty to child endangering. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Orient.
– Christopher O. Clark, 27, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to three days in the county jail.
– Jason P. Lambert, 42, of North Court Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– James E. Scott, 66, of Skyline Drive, South Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended), 30 days in the county jail and a $1,500 fine. He also must service three years of community control and register as a Tier I sex offender for 15 years.
– William R. Young Jr., 37, of Five Points Pike, Williamsport, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering, theft from the elderly and two counts of possession of heroin. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Michael S. Eversole, 27, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Michelle R. Parmer, 34, of East Mound Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Raymond Bush Jr., 38, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering. He was sentenced to seven months in state prison at Orient and $1,124 in restitution.
– Cody C. Clyne, 23, of state Route 56 East, Circleville, pleaded guilty to illegal manufacture of drugs and illegal possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. He was sentenced to four years in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Patricia Haney, 42, of Winchester Road, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to theft, grand theft and Medicaid eligibility fraud. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.
– James M. Samples, 18, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Laura K. Schuler, 29, of West North Street, South Bloomfield, pleaded not guilty to theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.
– Justin W. Sharon, 21, of 1st Street, Orient, pleaded not guilty to a violation of community control. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.
– Kathy A. Shull, 44, of East Mound Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of forgery. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.
– Bob C. Smith Jr., 49, of East Ohio Street, pleaded guilty to two counts of non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and five years of community control.
– Baher B. Solimon, 53, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
