Cohan Thaniel Graham, 8, of Commercial Point, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015, surrounded by his family at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Columbus.
Cohan was born May 31, 2007, in Columbus, and is the son of Kevin and Andrea Green Graham.
Cohan received services from Pickaway County Board of Developmental Disabilities, including OT, PT and speech services. He was also involved with the BCMH Program.
He is survived by his parents; brother, Zander; sisters, Jayden and Hardi of Commercial Point; grandparents, James and Carol Graham of Worthington and Rick and Patty Green of Pataskala; great-grandparents, Jay and Mary Green of Newark and Don and Fran Tolliver of Newark; aunt, Sharon Graham of Columbus; uncles, Brian Graham of Seattle, Washington, and Richard II (Shellie) Green of Pataskala; numerous cousins; special nurses, Wave Fletcher, Saudra Dudley, and other numerous nurses.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2015, at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, Ashville. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2015.
