Thomas H. Bozman, 87, of South Bloomfield, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015, at Brown Memorial Nursing Care, Circleville.

He was born on Nov. 18, 1927, in South Bloomfield, to the late Paul and Mary (Sewell) Bozman.

Tom retired from AEP-Pickaway Power Plant after 43 years. He was a member of Zion United Methodist Church, Pickaway Senior Center and Pickaway Power Plant Breakfast Retirees.

On June 17, 1956, he married Fern L. (Wise), who survives.

He also is survived by sons, Hal K. Bozman of Circleville and Brent V. Bozman of South Bloomfield; sisters, Mary Louise Maberry of S. Paris, Maine, Phyllis (Loren) Williams of Lake Placid, Florida, Kay (Rance) Wolfe and Edith Strawser, both of Circleville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by brother, Richard Bozman; and brothers-in-law, Robert Strawser and Ernest Maberry.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville, with Pastor Ty Myers officiating. Interment will follow in Harrison Township Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Zion United Methodist Church, 42 Plum St., Ashville, Ohio 43103; the Ashville Food Pantry, 94 Long St., Ashville, Ohio 43103; the Pickaway Senior Center, P.O. Box 565, Circleville, Ohio 43113; or to a favorite charity.
