Muriel C. Scholl, 78, of Stoutsville, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2015.
He was born on Dec. 14, 1936, in Columbus, to Charles and Helen (Lane) Scholl.
He enjoyed being a member of Olive Dale Senior Citizen Center.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret (Weese) Scholl; and sister, Anna Mae (Postle) Wheeler.
Muriel is survived by sons, Charles (Rhonda) Scholl, Mike Scholl and David Scholl; daughter, Becky (Michael) Hastings; grandchildren, Angie Wright, Brittany Clements, Mary and Lucas Scholl, Michael, Matthew and Makayla Scholl and Christina Hastings; great grandchildren, Preston, Layla, Braxton, Nicholas, Gage, Blake, Brooklyn and Koby; sisters, Stella (Paul) Peters and Barbara (Jim) Huffman; and special friend, Doris Ambuehl.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 24, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the visitation.
