Michael Orvil Chaffin, 57, of Kingston, died May 17, 2015, at his home.
He was born March 29, 1958, to the late Orvil Chaffin and June Truman.
He is survived by his daughter, Chloe, of Fairfield; his mother, June, and step-father, Paul Truman; and brothers, Terry (Nancy) of Chillicothe, Tom (Denise) of Circleville and Mark of Chillicothe.
Mike was predeceased by his father, Orvil.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at Salem Church cemetery at Meade. Services by the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston.
