– A resident in the 5000 block of Valley Forge Street, Orient, reported someone stole several items from his home, including a shotgun. A report was taken on theft.
– A resident in the 2000 block of North Court Street reported he and his mother were assaulted by a known subject. Charges are pending.
– A resident in the 14000 block of Oak Street, Derby, reported an argument with his 15-year-old step-daughter became physical. The juvenile was arrested.
– Charles S. Hillyard, 51, of Orient, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the 5000 block of Patriot Avenue, Orient.
– An employee from Ameristop on U.S. Route 62, Orient, reported an unknown subject tried to take an item from the store, and when questioned, he fled. A report was taken on theft.
– A deputy responded to a report of a dog bite in the 300 block of Cherokee Drive, Circleville.
– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 8000 block of state Route 316, Orient.
– A deputy responded to a harassment complaint in the 26000 block of Armstrong Road.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 8000 block of Harrisburg Road, Orient.
– A deputy responded to reports of a suspicious person in the 2600 block of Kingston Pike, Circleville.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 8000 block of state Route 316, Orient.
– Charles Hileman, 48, of London, advised he was blinding by the headlights of an oncoming vehicle on state Route 138 and went off the roadway into a ditch. No injuries were reported.
– Ozela Journey, 54, of West Portsmouth, was cited for changing lanes when she struck a vehicle driven by Robert Woodward, 66, of Gallipolis, on U.S. Route 23. No injuries were reported.
– A 16-year-old juvenile advised a vehicle came into her lane on state Route 56, causing her to go off the roadway and strike a utility pole. No injuries were reported.
– Billy J. Greeno, 52, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for the original charge of domestic violence.
May 15
– A resident in the 8000 block of state Route 752, Ashville, reported an unruly juvenile. The juvenile was taken into custody, charged and released.
– Douglas R. Varney, 48, of Commercial Point, was arrested for assault and domestic violence in the 200 block of Cavanaugh Drive, Commercial Point.
– A resident in the 10000 block of state Route 762 East, Lockbourne, reported criminal child enticement. No one matching the description was located.
– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 7000 block of Stahl Road, Orient.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 17000 block of Ward Road, Ashville.
– A deputy responded to a harassment complaint in the 18000 block of Five Points Pike, Mt. Sterling.
– Joshua Brown, 18, of Blacklick, was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign when he struck a vehicle driven by Carlos Thomas, 44, of Circleville, on McLean Mill Road. No injuries were reported.
– Ronald L. Hedges, 46, was arrested on three warrants for failure to appear and various drug charges.
– Dustin L. Johnson, 29, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of falsification.
May 16
– A resident in the 8000 block of Trimmer Road, Circleville, reported criminal damaging.
– A caller in the Deercreek area off Era Road, Mt. Sterling, reported petty theft and complicity. No charges were filed.
– A resident in the area of Tenny Road, Mt. Sterling, reported theft and assault. The suspects fled the scene.
– A resident in the 6000 block of Zane Trail Road, Circleville, reported criminal trespass. All parties declined charges.
– A deputy responded to reports of a suspicious person in the 14000 block of Call Road, Mt. Sterling.
– A deputy responded to a harassment complaint in the 19000 block of Woodsview Drive, Circleville.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 1800 block of Shoshoni Drive, Circleville.
May 17
– Mark A. Harvey, 38, of Williamsport, was arrested for assault and domestic violence on Plummer Road south of U.S. Route 22 West, Williamsport.
– Jamie R. Smith Jr., 21, of New Holland, and Daniel A. Miller, 18, of Williamsport, were arrested for criminal trespass on West Ballard Road, Williamsport.
– Joshua Harvey Wonderly, 29, of Circleville, was arrested for petty theft at Walmart.
– Nicholas A. Fogg, 33, of Circleville, was arrested for domestic violence in the 19000 block of U.S. Route 23 South.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 6000 block of Bluebell Lane, Orient.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 14000 block of U.S. Route 62, Mt. Sterling.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person on Skyline Drive, Ashville.
May 18
– A caller reported disorderly conduct and assault in the 1400 block of Circleville Plaza Drive. Charges were declined.
– A resident in the 9000 block of U.S. Route 62, Orient, reported theft by deception.
– A resident in the 20000 block of River Road, Circleville, reported an unknown person stole several items from their home while they were away. A report was taken on burglary and theft.
– A resident in the 12000 block of Graham Drive, Orient, reported burglary and theft at the residence.
– An employee at Great Clips on Circleville Plaza Drive reported a petty theft. No charges were filed at the time of report.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 14000 block of U.S. Route 62, Mt. Sterling.
– A deputy responded to reports of a suspicious person in the 25000 block of U.S. Route 23, Circleville. The subject was located and advised not to return.
– A deputy and the canine unit, Turpin, were requested to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol on a traffic stop with a free air narcotics check on U.S. Route 23, Circleville. A citation was issued.
– A deputy and the canine unit, Turpin, were requested to assist Circleville Police on a traffic stop in the 100 block of Mound Street. Turpin conducted a free air narcotics check but no narcotics were located.
– Gaynell C. Farmer, 58, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of drug paraphernalia.
– Joshua Moody, 24, was arrested on two attachments for contempt of court for original charges of non-support of dependents.
– Stacy A. Bush Jr., 23, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of OL compliance.
May 19
– A deputy responded to an activated alarm at Super Kleen Car Wash on U.S. Route 23, Circleville. The scene checked OK.
– A deputy responded to reports of a fight in the 1400 block of South Court Street, Circleville. The Pickaway Township squad was called to the scene to check one subject and transport to the hospital. The other three subjects were released.
