Robin was as a longtime member of the Rising Son Church and the Turnback 4-H Club. She served the church as the Sunday School Superintendent and a Sunday School teacher for many years. She sang with the harmony of Angels, loved her heels (especially black Vera Wangs) and was always the life of the party.
She was a true trucker’s daughter that loved the open road and to travel. She loved taking vacations to see Mickey Mouse at Walt Disney World in Florida, where she was once employed, and that is where she met and fell in love with her husband. For their 25th anniversary, her Sunday School class went on a trip to Disney and her class surprised Eugene and Robin with a renewal of their wedding vows in front of Cinderella’s Castle.
Robin was loved deeply by her aunts, cousins and Sunday School class, and she returned that love wholeheartedly.
