Bailey Mary Smith, infant twin daughter of Cody A. and Michelle L. (Duffy) Smith, died 24 minutes after birth on September 3, 2016, at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her twin sister, Harper Lynn Smith; maternal grandparents, Mark (Kelly) Duffy of Chillicothe and Cheryl (Daniel) Rhoades of Londonderry; paternal grandparents, Brent (Vickie) Smith of Atlanta, Georgia, and Anita Sigel of Tampico, Illinois; and aunts, Jennifer (Joe) Smith of Mt. Sterling, Jessica Smith of Tampico, Illinois, and Clarissa Smith of Erie, Illinois.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of Haller Funeral Home.
