Jacqueline S. Cook, 55, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly at 9:45 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016, in Pickaway County.
She was born Oct. 13, 1960, in Circleville, to Philip and Kathleen McCloud Beard.
Surviving are daughters, Ashley Hastings of Richton Park, Illinois, and Crystal McCollister of Nelsonville; mother, Kathleen (Gordon) Lloyd of Circleville; father, Philip (Janice) Beard of Waverly; a brother and sister-in-law, Greg and Brenda Beard of Chillicothe; sisters, Rita (Robert) Cox of Punta Gorda, Florida, and Rhonda (Jay) Skomra of Chillicothe; nephews, Joshua (Heather), Jeremy (Rachel) Beard and Dustin Beard; and nieces, Rachel (Mark) Cangiano, Rebekah (Matt) Blevins, Shelby Skomra and Jessica Skomra.
Jacqueline was an LPN.
In keeping with her wishes, Jacqueline will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016, in Open Door Church with Pastor Mark Pfeifer officiating. There will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Ware Funeral Home, Chillicothe.
