Stan Summers (right) was recently sworn in as president of the Circleville Sunrise Rotary for the 2016-17 year by former District Gov. Bart Mahoney.
Sunrise Rotary meets at 7 a.m. Tuesdays at the Watt St. Tavern. Visitors are welcome.
