Hal Terrence Spencer, 63, of Circleville, passed away on April 26, 2016.

He was born on Aug. 11, 1952, in Columbus, to Hal and Evelyn (Cloud) Spencer.

Hal, a U.S. Air Force veteran, retired from DuPont and was a member of First Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Bob Demoss; and father-in-law, Herb Poling.

Hal is survived by his wife, Loretta (Lemaster) Spencer; daughter, Amber (Chad) Stout; sons, Brannon (Lindsay) and Michael (Brandi) Spencer; eight grandchildren, Mackenzie, Morgan, Mikey, Allysin Spencer, Aaron Kerns, Jaylen McIntyre and Mason and Maleigha Stout; sister, Beverly DeMoss; mother-in-law, Louise Poling; father-in-law, Bob Lemaster; and by brother and sisters-in-law, Jerry (Sandy) Lemaster, Jeff (Ellen) and Scott (Heather) Poling.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2016, at the First Baptist Church, Pastor Billy Barbo officiating, with burial to follow in Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
