Dear Editor:
I am touched by and grateful for your support in my run for Pickaway County Commissioner. While I was not the successful candidate, my message was well-received by voters across the county.
I have learned a lot from the process, finding that there are supporters everywhere who recognize the need for safe, drug-free communities and who want to ensure that everyone has a voice in our county government. My hope is that John (Ankrom) will embrace my platform as he moves forward, and I wish him good luck in the November election.
The seeds of change have been planted. In that regard, my campaign was a success, with Pickaway County citizens the beneficiaries.
