Delcie Marie Chapman, 52, of Amanda, formerly of Kermit, West Virginia, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016, surrounded by her family.
She was born April 10, 1963, in Williamson, West Virginia, and was the daughter of Daniel and Maxine (Kirk) Perry of Dunlow, West Virginia, who survive.
She was a nursing assistant and formerly employed by Fairfield Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Kevin Chapman; sons, Matthew (Christina) Chapman of Amanda and Mitchell (Ashley) Chapman of Lancaster; grandchildren, Jacob, Landon, Emma, Lucas and Levi; father and mother-in-law, Chester (Betty) Chapman of Amanda; three brothers; three sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016, at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Garden in Lancaster. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
