Charles Robert “Bobby” Whaley, 66, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on Jan. 9, 2016, in Florida.
He was born on April 6, 1949, in Circleville, to Pearl and Elsie (Smith) Whaley.
Bobby was a Vietnam Army veteran.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by step-son, Jason Mustard; and brothers, Larry and Patrick Whaley.
Bobby is survived by daughters, Amanda (Wes) Newman and Melinda (Tony) Trimble; sons, Brett and Michael Whaley; step-children, Christopher Jenkins, Patty Mustard, Sonny Tackett and Joshua Jenkins; 22 grandchildren; brother, Steve (Mary Ann) Whaley; and sister, Vicki (Don) Stonerock.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Wellman Funeral Home in Bobby’s name.
