The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Danny Boysel, 41, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.
– Christopher Clark, 28, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to complete a halfway house program.
– Rodney D. Crago Jr., 37, of Turner Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Orient and $859.80 in restitution.
– Joshua A. Everetts, 28, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to burglary and petty theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.
– Chad E. Hartshorn, 42, of Bailor Road, Laurelville, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.
– Joshua V. Hastings, 31, of Grove City, pleaded guilty to three counts of non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 36 months in state prison (suspended), five years of community control and completion of a halfway house program.
– Kyle J. Meek, 29, of Judas Road, Williamsport, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was sentenced to 10 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Tracy A. Metcalfe, 41, of West High Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to grand theft. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison (suspended), $1,175 in restitution and three years of community control.
– John E. Mogan II, 28, of Pataskala, pleaded guilty to robbery and theft. He was sentenced to 36 months in state prison at Orient and $6,430 in restitution.
– Chad C. Mumaw, 39, of Logan Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to theft from the elderly. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.
– Kelli D. Painter, 33, of Waverly, pleaded not guilty to theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.
– James M. Ramsey, 32, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to theft and forgery. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.
– Joshua A. Smith, 29, of South Shore, Kentucky, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.
– Kiara C. Smith, 24, of Sidney, pleaded not guilty to tampering with evidence. A pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 15.
– Teela Zarbaugh, 30, of South Court Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was sentenced to 10 months in state prison at Marysville.
