March 11

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 600 block of Island Road. A report was filed.

– A deputy was requested to perform a traffic stop with the canine Marco on U.S. Route 23, Circleville. The dog made no indications on the vehicle, and the subject was released.

– A deputy responded to an activated alarm in the area of Marshall Road. The scene checked OK.

– A deputy responded with the Saltcreek, Clearcreek and Pickaway Township fire departments on a fire in a detached garage in the 20000 block of Jackson Road, Circleville. No injuries were reported.

– A deputy responded to assist the Mt. Sterling EMS on an emergency run in the 18000 block of Five Points Pike. The subject was treated at the scene.

March 12

– A caller at American Heritage Homes on U.S. Route 23 in Lockbourne reported an unknown subject used the victim’s email address and attempted to wire transfer money to another bank. A report was taken on attempted theft.

– Damian C. Dunkle, 18, of Logan, was arrested for disorderly conduct following reports of a domestic dispute in the 9000 block of Shepherd Road, Lockbourne.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 8000 block of state Route 316, Orient. No charges were filed.

– A deputy performed a well-being check in the 20000 block of Locust Grove, New Holland. The person advised no medical treatment was needed.

March 13

– A resident in the 11000 block of Walnut Creek Pike, Ashville, reported an unknown person got into his unlocked vehicle and took money. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 12000 block of Ashville Pike, Ashville, reported an unknown person got into her unlocked vehicle and stole some change. A report was taken on theft.

– The Pickaway County Engineer reported an unknown person stole two street signs at Duvall Road and state Route 762.

– A caller reported a vehicle was following them and yelling at them on Lancaster Pike in Circleville. The suspect contacted the deputy and advised the vehicle had pulled out in front of him, nearly causing an accident.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute on Parker Avenue, Williamsport. A report was filed.

– A deputy performed a well-being check in the 20000 block of Egypt Pike.

– Larry Stevens, 59, of Orient, struck a deer while traveling on Florence Chapel Pike. No injuries were reported.

– Richard Ruenzi II, age 43, of Columbus, was cited for failure to yield when he pulled out of a private driveway on Ashville Pike and was struck by a vehicle driven by Tyler McCluer, 18, of Ashville. Subjects were treated for injuries.

– Elmer Hill, 58, of New Holland, advised he ran off the roadway on U.S. Route 22 and struck a guardrail. No injuries were reported.

– Charles Zawacki reported he fell asleep while driving on state Route 56 and ran off the roadway, striking a phone box.

– David G. Smart, 43, of Columbus, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court for failure to appear on the original charge of driving under suspension.

– Joseph M. Street, 29, of Grove City, was arrested on a warrant issued from Circleville Municipal Court for failure to appear on the original charge of driving under suspension.

– Robert E. Dye, 50, of Lockbourne, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court for a violation of probation on the original charge of cruelty to animals.

– Cecil C. Cotton III, 34, of Orient, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court on the original charges of two counts of theft.

– Sarah A. Shannon, 25, of Mt. Sterling, was arrrested on a warrant from Pickaway County Common Pleas Court for a violation of probation on the original charges of four counts of theft, identity theft and telecommunications fraud.

March 14

– A resident in the 600 block of South Water Street, Williamsport, reported she got into her vehicle and discovered the front windshield and back window were broken. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– Michael N. Farleigh III, 25, of Chillicothe, and Cody C. Cline, 22, of Circleville, were arrested in the 8000 block of Zane Trail Road on charges of operating a meth lab.

– The owner of Giffin’s Tree Service on Green Street, Williamsport, reported an unknown subject stole two chain saws from the back of his truck. A report was taken on theft.

– Collin R.L. Semon, 21, of Williamsport, was arrested for ciminal damaging in the 8000 block of state Route 138, Williamsport, after the victim reported his grandson had kicked and dented his vehicle.

– A resident in the 5000 block of Dietrich Avenue, Orient, reported a vehicle on his road that was revving its engine at children. After speaking with the driver, the caller attempted to walk away and the driver backed into him. A report was taken on assault.

– A deputy responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle in the 8000 block of state Route 188, Circleville.

– A resident in the area of Mill Road, Circleville, reported hearing a firearm discharge. No shots were heard upon the deputy’s arrival.

– A resident on Riverview Drive, Williamsport, reported a mailbox was damaged by a hit-skip driver. A report was taken.

– Kleaha Brummett, 30, of Chillicothe, struck a deer while traveling on state Route 104. No injuries were reported.

– Jason Pakrosnis, 33, of Stoutsville, was cited for failure to control when he struck a vehicle on U.S. Route 23 driven by Duane Cogan, 65, of Delta.

March 15

– A resident in the 12000 block of U.S. Route 62 reported problems with her 14-year-old daughter. She was referred to Pickaway County Juvenile Court.

– A resident in the 1000 block of Shoshoni Drive reported someone had keyed her vehicle, but she was not sure where it occurred. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A resident in the 6000 block of Tina Court, Orient, reported an unknown subject stole the speakers and amp from his unlocked vehicle. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 25000 block of Moccasin Road, Laurelville, reported hearing a gun discharge.

– A deputy responded to the 12000 block of U.S. Route 62, Mt. Sterling, on a property complaint.

– A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Lakeview Drive, Orient, on a complaint on a person and property damage.

March 16

– A resident in the 800 block of DuPont Road reported an unknown person broke the window of her vehicle and stole her purse and other items. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 10000 block of Judas Road, Williamsport, reported someone entered an open barn and took assorted copper. A report was taken on breaking and entering.

– A resident in the 26000 block of Jackson Road reported he has had flat tires on his vehicles over the past several weeks. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– Evan M. Goode, 23, of Circleville, was arrested in the 7000 block of Old Tarlton Pike following a domestic dispute between father and son.

– A resident in the 200 block of Miller Avenue reported his stolen vehicle had been involved in an accident. A report was taken on theft.

– A deputy was dispatched to 4800 Duvall Road, Ashville, with Harrison Township medic. The subject at the scene was deceased.

– A deputy responded to the 29000 block of Tarlton Adelphi Road on reports of a motor vehicle accident involving a deer.

– A resident in the 600 block of Granite Drive, Circleville, reported trash dumping at the site.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person on Circleville Plaza Drive.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person on Ludwig Drive, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person on South Water Street, Williamsport.

– Edna Herron, 51, of Circleville, struck a vehicle on Circleville Plaza Drive driven by Beth Neal, 57, of Chillicothe. A report was taken on a private property accident.

– Charles Griffith, 21, of Orient, was cited for failure to yield on Welch Road when he struck a vehicle driven by Kimberly Dutcher-Hagge, 49, of Orient.

– Colton R. Ishmael, 22, of Chillicothe, was arrested on a warrant from Pickaway County Common Pleas Court for a violation of probation on the original charge of trafficking in heroin.

– Gregory A. Nixon, 26, of Columbus, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court for failure to appear on the original charge of driving under suspension.
