Norma Jean Chamberlain, age 81, of Derby, died Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015.
She was born Dec. 14, 1933, in Washington Court House. She was the daughter of the late Charles Henry Zimmerman and Odessa (Whaley) Zimmerman.
She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Pearl Chamberlain; son, Terry Lee Chamberlain; grandchildren, Candy Lane Chamberlain and Terryia Chamberlain; and brother, Henry Eugene Zimmerman.
She is survived by son, Pearl Randall Chamberlain; daughter, Pamela Ward; brothers, Larry Zimmerman and John Zimmerman; sister, Jan Zimmerman; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a number of great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7, 2015, at Porter-Tidd Funeral Home, Mt. Sterling, Rev. Densil Wright officiating, with the interment following in Pleasant Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to time of service.
