Kelly Ray Sr., 72, of Circleville, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015.
He was born on Dec. 9, 1942, in Groveport, to Ralph and Violet (Dunlevy) Ray.
He was a Navy veteran.
Kelly retired from E.C. Babbert and worked at Deer Creek State Park.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Thelma Kuhn; and brothers, Ben, George, Rex, Frank and Ralph Ray Jr.
Kelly is survived by his wife, Barbara (Browning) Ray; son, Colin Kelly Ray Jr.; daughter, Tina (Jon) Powers; grandchildren, Zachary Ray and Jon Luke Powers, Ashley Ray and Kate (Kenny) Mitchell; great-grandchildren; Zoey Keller, Olivia, Makenna and Adalyn Mitchell; brother, John (Terrie) Ray; sisters, Nancy Ray and Violet (Fred) Trickey; and by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in Jackson Township Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service at noon Saturday at the funeral home.
