Dennis Charles Johnston, 56, of Circleville, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015.
He was born on March 8, 1959, in Columbus, to Frank and Joann (Noggle) Johnston.
He was a nurse for Heinzerling Foundation and he took great pride in helping others in the field of medical care.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Tracy Johnston; and uncle, Ronald Waugh.
Dennis is survived by his mother, Joann; son, Cody (Candice) Johnston; siblings, Alan (Cindy) Johnston, Eric (Beverly) Johnston and Patti (Eric) Hines; mother-in-law, Bea Smith; aunt, Linda Waugh; and by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
