William Charles Rankin Jr., 68, of Circleville, formerly of London, passed away on Friday, Oct. 23, 2015.
He was born on Feb. 9, 1947, in Columbus, to William Charles and Mary Martha (Wollam) Rankin Sr.
He was a Vietnam Army veteran.
His parents preceded him in death.
William is survived by his children, Tammy Richardson, Jeremy Cochenour, Brittany Cochenour Richardson and Kendra Walisa; seven grandchildren; and by one brother, Tom Rankin.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Paint Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at noon.
