Pickaway County – A man who injured himself when he caught himself on fire in his garage was flown in critical condition.
According to the Pickaway County sheriffs Office, around 7:47 pm emergency squads were dispatched to 1700 block of Shoshoni Drive after a man reported that he had caught himself on fire at his home. According to the report the man had been working in his garage with a grinder, and shortly afterward had caught himself on fire. He then ran into the home and into the shower where he extinguished himself.
When emergency squads arrived they found 58-year-old Gregory Foster with severe burn injuries and called for a medical helicopter to transport him to OSU Medical Center for his injuries.
