Ohio National Guard F-16 Makes Emergency Landing at Toledo Express Airport

A U.S. Air National Guard F-16 Fighting Falcon from the 180th Fighter Wing in Swanton, Ohio, experienced an in-flight emergency during landing at the Eugene F. Kranz Toledo Express Airport today at approximately 11:20 AM.

Officials reported the pilot was able to safely exit the aircraft.

The cause of the in-flight emergency remains under investigation. The 180th Fighter Wing will release more information as it becomes available.
