SOUTH BLOOMFIELD – South Bloomfield lost a location just for the goodwill company to jump on the space just after moving out.
Dollar General was first in the 5075 South Union Street location, and moved closer to US23, the building sat empty for about year then a community place came in and ran it until Covid hit and forced them to close. Now Goodwill is moving into the space and offering its second hand deals at low prices.
Goodwill of South Central Ohio is a non-profit agency focused on improving the quality of life and job opportunities for those with disabilities and disadvantages across our eight-county territory: Athens, Fayette, Hocking, Jackson, Pickaway, Pike, Ross, and Vinton.
Goodwill already has one store in Pickaway County just off US23 in Circleville.
At this time they are looking for management at the store, but do not have a opening date we will update you when that is.
