Nelsonville – police in Nelsonville had their hands full with two individuals who stole a city vehicle then ran from police.
According to Police 02:18PM Officers were involved in a foot pursuit near Kroger on Poplar St. It was noted that the individuals were just involved with theft of a city vehicle. Officers apprehended James Guisinger and Andrea Cordray: both were transported to the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
