Nelsonville OH- 5/13/2021 Officers responded to Harper St to assist another agency after receiving a call from Wood County 911 requesting assistance with locating a male individual who is suspected of kidnapping and injuring a woman.
Officers located and arrested Kerry Dalton, then transported him to the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail to await transport by Wood County.
