OKANOGAN COUNTY – A K-9 officer and his k-9 partner found two suitcases full of drugs in a rural area of Mazama Washington.

Sgt. Gene Davis came across the drugs when assisting the Department of Homeland Security with a drug investigation. His partner k-9 Gunner sniffed out the meth hidden in some brush according to the press release.

What they found in the suitcase was about a million dollars or 186 pounds of methamphetamines within the bags. Washington police said that they believe its a cross-border smuggling operation from Canada.
