ROSS – Last week a man who was arrested for shoplifting in Ross county will come back to Pickaway to face other charges.
According to Chillicothe Police, they arrested Frankie Tate after Lowes called police on a man who left the store with tools he didn’t pay for. The officers caught up to Tate on his bicycle and attempted to elude the police. When police stopped Tate, he told police he, “saw a man with stolen tools around midas” but police saw through his guise.
When police ran Tates info it came back with three warrants Chillicothe Municipal Court FTA warrant CRB2100901 for criminal mischief,
Pickaway County warrant for Child endangering, and Circleville warrant for assault. He was also charged with theft.
Tate is being held in lieu of bond until court.
