Man Arrested in Chillicothe on Driving Charges, Narcotics Paraphernalia Found During Traffic Stop

Chillicothe – A man was arrested on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024, on charges of driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop.

During the stop, officers discovered a black vinyl bag containing a digital scale with residue and a glass pipe with residue in the vehicle.

Both passengers denied ownership of the bag, and the driver claimed it belonged to another individual who was not present.

The driver identified as Kevin D Dunning was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia M4 and was also issued citation 52387 for DUS and is scheduled to appear in court on March 18th, 2024. His vehicle was towed from the scene.

The evidence was taken to the police department and logged into their evidence room.
