At the store, security provided video footage confirming the trespass earlier that day. Additionally, they presented a signed trespass warning document previously issued to the suspect.

A subsequent check revealed an active arrest warrant for the individual from another jurisdiction. During a search incident to arrest, officers discovered suspected drug paraphernalia in the suspect’s possession. He was subsequently charged with trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The individual was transported to Pickaway County Jail without further incident. The specific details of the drug paraphernalia and the charges related to it are not provided in the report to protect the individual’s privacy.
