CHILLICOTHE – Three warrants didn’t stop a man from committing another crime.
According to Chillicothe Police they were dispatched to 1570 N Bridge St, Menard’s, reference a shoplifter complaint. Upon arriving, Loss Prevention said that they witnessed Brett Goodling conceal items and walk past all points of sale without paying for them.
Goodling was stopped and this agency was called. He was found to have $192.37 worth of merchandise on his person.
He was transported to the RCJ and assigned a court date of 12-14-2021 at
0900hrs in the Chillicothe Municipal Court. He has left in their custody on this charge as well as 3 warrants for his arrest.
