CIRCLEVILLE – A local pizza shop says that they have closed temporarily to clean and disinfect after one of their employees tested positive for COVID-19.
“We recently had an employee in our Circleville location test positive for COVID-19. We immediately followed every health department guideline. We shut down and deep cleaned the entire restaurant. We also quarantined all high-risk employees and tested them. No one else has tested positive,” said Pizza Cottage in Circleville on a online post.
The company says currently the dine in area of the restaurant is now closed but, carryout, delivery and drive thru is still open.
“We want you to know that we continue to take every necessary health precaution and remain diligent as we fight against this unprecedented virus.”
The company carries unique and high end pizza, along with subs and salads in the area.
