Deputies responded to Keifel Road to a report of criminal trespassing. It was reported a male subject was on the property of his ex-girlfriend. The complainant did not want to pursue charges but wanted a report to be on file.

Deputies were requested to contact a female subject over the phone in reference to a possible violation of a protection order. The complainant was in the City of Columbus at the time. It was determined the offense occurred in the City of Columbus. Deputies advised her to contact their police department.

Deputies responded to Anoka Lane to a report of a violation of a protection order. It was reported that a female subject has a protection order against a male subject. The female used a texting app to text other people including his mother. The app is linked to the male subject’s account. He was concerned that it was a violation of the order. He was advised it was not a violation.

Deputies responded to Lake Logan Road to a report of a person in a mental health crisis. It was reported a male subject who is listed missing from the Heath Police Department may be located at Lake Logan State Park. Deputies made contact with the male subject and after speaking with him he was transported to Hocking Valley Community Hospital for mental health treatment.

Deputies responded to Hawk Street to a report of a male subject having a mental health crisis. It was reported that a male subject was at his family’s residence upset and causing issues. He was transported from the residence by a family member who took him back to his residence. After speaking to the parties involved it was determined to let the male subject calm down.

Deputies responded to Kreashbaum Road to a report of an unruly juvenile. It was reported a male juvenile was being unruly and not listening to his guardians. Deputies spoke to all parties involved. The male juvenile made claims of domestic violence. Statements were obtained and evidence was collected. The incident was referred to the Hocking County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

Deputies responded to Sam’s Creek Road to a report of domestic violence. It was reported a male subject assaulted his wife. Statements were obtained and evidence was collected. The male subject was arrested and transported to the Southeastern Ohio Reginal Jail.

Deputies responded to the Lost Hollow Campground to a report of a dog running at large. It was reported a dog was running loose in the campground, causing damage to vehicles. Statements were obtained and evidence collected. The incident is being forwarded to the Hocking County Dog Warden for review.

Deputies responded to Water Street to a report of a private property crash. It was reported a food delivery truck backed into a parked vehicle. Information was taken and a report was filed.

Deputies assigned to Hocking Valley Community Hospital responded to the Emergency Department to a report of a male subject in a mental health crisis. Deputies spoke to the male subject, who stated he wanted to hurt himself. The male subject received mental health treatment.

Deputies responded to Central Avenue to a report of a domestic dispute. It was reported a verbal argument occurred between a male and female subject. Deputies spoke to the parties involved and it was determined that the subjects should separate for the evening.

Deputies responded to Mohler Road to a report of theft. It was reported a juvenile stole firearms from his father. Statements were obtained and evidence was collected. The incident is still under investigation.

Deputies responded to Company Road to a report of a criminal mischief complaint. It was reported that people on all-terrain vehicles were doing donuts in a resident’s driveway. Deputies observed a video of the incident. Deputies spoke to the suspects who agreed to fix the damage.

Deputies responded to Rock Stull Road to a report of criminal trespass. It was reported construction supplies were dumped on the complainant’s property. Evidence was collected and a statement was obtained. The incident is still under investigation.

Deputies responded to Maya Lane to a report of a natural death. It was reported a male subject was found deceased in his residence. Hocking County Coroner’s Investigator arrived on the scene. Statements were obtained and evidence was collected. The decedent was released to Heinlein Brown Funeral Home.

Deputies responded to Wandling Road to a report of a male subject causing a disturbance outside. It was reported a male subject was yelling for no apparent reason and appeared to be under the influence of an illegal narcotic. Deputies spoke to the male subject and he was later transported to Hocking Valley Community Hospital for treatment.

A complainant came into the Sheriff’s Office to report a violation of a protection order. It was reported a female subject has a protection order against her ex-husband. The complainant stated he made threats to her while on the phone. Statements were collected and a report was filed.

Deputies responded to Inboden Road to a report of a domestic violence complaint. It was reported a juvenile female was threatened by her father. Statements were obtained and evidence collected. The female was released to Children’s Services. The male subject was arrested and transported to Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.

Deputies responded to Henry Street to a report of Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in progress on a female subject. It was reported a female subject had been sick for several months and just got out of the hospital. CPR was unsuccessful and the female subject was pronounced deceased. The defendant was released to Brown Funeral Home.

Deputies responded to Jackson Street in reference to a complaint of disorderly conduct. It was reported a female subject was attempting to retrieve her property from her ex-boyfriend’s residence and a dispute occurred. Deputies spoke to both parties involved. It was determined there was no property belonging to the female at the residence and the parties separated.

Deputies responded to State Route 664 to a report of an assault. It was reported that a male and female subject go into an argument. Deputies spoke to the parties involved. It was determined the subjects would separate for the evening.

Deputies responded to Keifel Road to a report of a juvenile male having a mental health crisis. Deputies made contact with the juvenile and his parents. After speaking to the juvenile the Deputies gave the parents mental health resources for them to contact.

Deputies responded to Stout Road to a report of a burglary. It was reported someone broke into the complainant’s residence and stole several items. Statements were obtained and evidence was collected. The incident is still under investigation.
