December 3, 2020
Deputies investigated a single vehicle crash on Cardinal Hill Lane where a driver backing on a parking lot, left the pavement and went over an embankment striking several trees. The driver was transported to HVCH by HCEMS.

A HCEMS vehicle while at a crash scene on Cardinal Hill Lane was struck by a driver attempting to pass around the squad on the right side along a ditch. The driver failed to stop after the crash. The crash remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to a violation of a protection order complaint at a Third St. Carbon Hill residence. After investigation, deputies arrested Brian E. Johnson, 37, Nelsonville and charged him with a Violation of a Protection Order.

December 4, 2020
Deputies responded to a SR 664 residence for a prowler complaint. No one was found at the residence.

December 4, 2020
Deputies took a theft report from a Trimmer St. resident. The complainant told deputies that a lawn mower was taken from beside the residence.

December 5, 2020
Deputies responded to a Goose Creek Rd. residence for a domestic violence complaint. After investigation, deputies arrested Miranda R. Sines, 24, South Bloomingville and charged her with 3 counts of Domestic Violence and Assault and transported her to the SEORJ.

December 4, 2020
Deputies responded to a Big Pine Rd. residence for a domestic argument. No violence occurred and no charges were filed.

December 6, 2020
A SR 56 resident reported to deputies that a license plate was stolen from their vehicle. The license plate was entered into NCIC as stolen.

December 5, 2020
Deputies responded to a Sherman St. residence for a criminal damaging complaint. The complainant told deputies that when they arrived home they found that an outside camera had been moved and later discovered that a hole had been drilled in their bedroom wall that went into a child’s bedroom closet.

December 5, 2020
Deputies responded to a SR 328 residence for a theft complaint. The complainant told deputies that a knife set and a photograph had been taken by a known suspect. The case remains under investigation.

December 6, 2020
Deputies responded to a High St. Murray City residence for an argument. No violence occurred and no charges were filed.
