Four People in Critical Condition After Lightning Stikes Outside White House

Washington – Four people were transported in Critical condition after lightning hit the ground in front of the White House.

According to The District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department four people were critically injured in Lafayette Park by the lightning strike.

#DCsBravest transported 2 adult males & 2 adult females to area hospitals. All had critical life-threatening injuries, the fire department said on Twitter.

The strike landed close to the area where Andrew Jackson monument is.
