Fairfield County Court Hands Down Sentences for Range of Crimes

LANCASTER, OH — The Fairfield County Municipal Court released its list of criminal case dispositions for the week of March 17 through March 21, 2025, with 17 individuals sentenced for a range of offenses including domestic violence, assault, drug possession, theft, and violations of protection orders. Penalties ranged from fines and license suspensions to jail time of up to 180 days.

Here’s a summary of those sentenced:

  • Keith D. Wright, of Parkersburg, WV, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and a $25 fine for violation of a protection order. His fine was fully suspended, and his driver’s license was suspended for 180 days.
  • Rory A. Street, of Lancaster, was sentenced in two separate cases. In the first, he received 180 days in jail and a $25 fine (with 122 days license suspension) for domestic violence. In the second, he was convicted of theft, receiving another 180-day jail term and a $25 fine, with the fine fully suspended.
  • Frank D. Harris, of Lancaster, was sentenced to 170 days in jail and a $25 fine for assault. His license was suspended for 169 days.
  • Christopher L. Hizey, of New Lexington, received a 180-day jail sentence, a $25 fine, and a 150-day license suspension for assault.
  • Charles T. Haddock, of Columbus, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, a $25 fine, and 160 days of license suspension for theft.
  • Todd A. Ramey, of Columbus, received 180 days in jail, a $25 fine, and a 153-day license suspension for domestic violence.
  • Robert M. Osborne Jr., of Baltimore, was sentenced to 75 days in jail and a $25 fine for criminal damaging or endangering (a second-degree misdemeanor).
  • Dilenta Carr, of Columbus, received 180 days in jail and a $25 fine for complicity to commit theft, with a 170-day license suspension.
  • Ebonie Johnson, of Lancaster, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and a $25 fine, which was fully suspended. She was convicted of endangering children and received a 180-day license suspension.
  • Logan J. Welsh, of Lancaster, was fined $85 for fishing without a license, but received no jail time or license suspension.
  • Robert L. Stewart, of Whitehall, appeared in court for two separate offenses. In the first case, he received 180 days in jail, a $25 fine, and a 152-day license suspension for aggravated menacing. In the second, he received an additional 180-day sentence and a $25 fine for violation of a protection order, bringing his total jail time to 360 days.
  • Lisa M. Coey, of Baltimore, was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, a $25 fine, and a 30-day license suspension.
  • Tamara L. Romine, of Lancaster, received an identical sentence — 30 days in jail, a $25 fine, and a 30-day license suspension — for possession of drug paraphernalia.
