POWELL, Ohio — The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and Bob Evans Farms are partnering to host a special “Military Family Days” promotion this week, offering free and heavily discounted admission to honor active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.
The appreciation event will run from Monday, June 29 through Friday, July 3, 2026.
Under the promotion, Bob Evans Farms is sponsoring one free single-day pass to the Columbus Zoo for all current and past military personnel. Additionally, eligible military guests can purchase up to five additional day passes for their family members at a 50% discount.
Organizers say the event is designed to give military families a day to connect while exploring wildlife from around the globe. This includes the Zoo’s newest region, North America Trek, which highlights species native to the United States.
To take advantage of the promotion, guests must present valid proof of military service. Tickets must be obtained in person at the Zoo’s main entrance on the day of the visit.
While admission is covered or discounted through the partnership, standard parking fees of $12 per vehicle still apply.
