The City of Circleville recently celebrated a remarkable milestone – 35 years of service by Brian Frost, the Utilities Operations Manager. A true testament to dedication and commitment, Brian’s contributions to the city’s infrastructure have been instrumental in ensuring smooth operations.

“The people I work with every day are what I cherish most about my job,” remarked Brian, reflecting on his extensive career. This sentiment speaks volumes about Brian’s collaborative spirit and appreciation for his colleagues.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Brian prioritizes quality time with his wife, family, and friends. When not tackling work challenges, he enjoys indulging in his passions for golf, attending concerts, playing guitar, exploring new destinations through travel, and simply unwinding with loved ones.
