Circleville – The City of Circleville has the City Republican Primary and those voters cast their ballots at the Pickaway County Fairgrounds.
For the City of Circleville two races heated up the polls tonight, one race is for the Republican for Mayor race between Michelle Blanton and Dave Horning. The winner of tonight’s primary will run against Democrat Zack Brooks in the Fall election for Mayor, replacing Don Mclroy who has been Mayor of Circleville for 12 years.
The second race has been for a seat at a large position in Circleville City Council, four people are running for three seats, those are Katie Logan Hedges, Thomas Klitzka, Tom Spring, and Sheri Theis. All other Council member’s seats were unopposed.
Election results will start at 730 when the first drop of early voting and mail-in ballots are posted, followed by election day results. We will post those numbers below as the night progresses so keep refreshing this link
