Chillicothe – There’s a new scare in the air in Chillicothe this year. The Unioto Drama Club presents a new ghostly experience filled with spooky boo goodness. The event will open for only two weekends, October 22-23 and 29-30 from 7pm to Midnight. The haunted house was designed and scripted by the students of Unioto Drama Club with direction from Faculty Advisor, Frank Elliott. Prior to becoming a teacher, Elliott designed and built haunted house props and sets for clients nationwide as a part of his own production company. “We have a lot in store for this year’s Spooky Boo Weekends.” Said Elliott. Featured this year will be “Murdock’s Manor”, a creepy house haunted by the spirit of the late Lady Murdock and some of her less fortunate friends. Other attractions will include an escape room, carnival style games, refreshments and more. Proceeds will support future projects for the Unioto Drama Club and Choirs. Please plan to come out and support these terrific kids and prepare for some fright filled fun and fantasticly fearful festivities!
